We use your information to respond to booking inquiries, confirm reservations, send pre-arrival information, and — if you opted in — send seasonal updates and event announcements. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to fulfill your booking (e.g., the James River Batteau Company for event bookings).

Email Communications

If you subscribe to our email list, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. We use Mailchimp for email marketing, which has its own privacy policy at mailchimp.com.

Third-Party Platforms

Bookings made through Airbnb or VRBO are subject to those platforms' privacy policies. We are not responsible for data collected by those platforms.
