Checkout Instructions

Towels — Leave used towels in the bathtub or shower. No need to wash them.

Dishes — Please start the dishwasher if you used dishes. If washing by hand is preferred, leave them drying in the rack.

Trash — Take all trash bags to the outdoor bins. Bins are located by the garage building next door.

Windows & Doors — Close and lock all windows. Make sure all exterior doors are fully closed.

Lights & Fans — Turn off all lights, ceiling fans, and the electric fireplace throughout the suite.

Smart Lock — Make sure the front door is fully closed and the smart lock has engaged before you leave.
