Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. All guests must be included in your booking. Unauthorized guests beyond the booked occupancy are not permitted.
Belle Meade is home to free-range farm animals who have the run of the property. For their safety and yours, we are unable to accommodate guest pets. We appreciate your understanding.
Belle Meade is a non-smoking property indoors. A designated outdoor smoking area is available away from the house. Please dispose of materials responsibly.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, including outdoor areas. We respect your rest and ask that you respect ours — Pam and George farm actively next door.
Direct bookings: Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled 7–30 days before. No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in. Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking (if booked 7+ days before arrival).

A one-time cleaning fee of $65 applies to all Meadowview Suite stays. This fee covers professional cleaning between guests.
